Who runs Philly Pools?

Philadelphia’s outdoor public pools are owned and run by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation. (Most of the indoor public pools are owned by the School District and managed by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation.)

We love them when we can get in! But when there’s a problem we need to make sure the the correct people know.

If you have feedback about your neighborhood pool or playground, you can:

  1. Contact the affiliated rec center.
Here is an alphabetical listing of pools, and here is a listing by neighborhood.
  2. Contact Philadelphia Parks and Recreation.
  3. Call 311 or make a report via 311 online.
  4. Contact your local City Council office.
See listing below by pool / zip code.
  5. Contact the Mayor’s Office.
