My end of season/first actual visit to a filled VareSwimming pool…The water was pretty cold and the rec center was closed- no place to change. Wherchair lift non functional <sorry to keep reporting this>I dipped my toes in and called it a day but gorgeous brand new renovation of a playground
Oddly to me, the new sports field is 100% astro turf so next to no grass why is this the trend

Looks like it’s not just the pool that’s under construction but most if not all of the playing fields and grounds on this playground. The pool does look freshly painted, so maybe there’s hope? There’s new playground equipment down the street to the south but sadly the pool is dry.
